Delivery & returns
Delivery. We deliver across Egypt; the fee depends on your area and is confirmed before we book. In-stock pieces are dispatched within 3–7 business days, made-to-order pieces take 2–8 weeks. Our own team delivers, assembles and installs your piece and takes the packaging away. We call you to agree the delivery date before we come.
14-day returns. Changed your mind? You can return a piece within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unused, undamaged and complete. We refund you within 7 days of collecting it, to the payment method you used. Collection for a change-of-mind return is charged at cost, and we tell you the amount before we book it. Pieces made specially for you (a size, fabric or finish outside our standard range) can only be returned if faulty.
Faulty or damaged? Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. Every piece has a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
