Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Galaxy, customer satisfaction is important to us. As many of our products are handcrafted and specially manufactured, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for both parties.

Order Cancellation

Ready-to-Ship Items
Orders for in-stock items may be canceled within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

Made-to-Order & Customized Products
Made-to-order, customized, or specially manufactured products cannot be canceled, modified, returned, refunded, or exchanged once the order has been confirmed and production has started.

Refund & Exchange Eligibility
For non-customized and ready-to-ship products, customers may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The product is returned in its original packaging
  • No damage, misuse, or alterations are present

Refund or replacement requests submitted after 14 days from delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Made-to-order or customized furniture
  • Special-order products
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
  • Minor variations in color, texture, wood grain, fabric tone, or dimensions that naturally occur in handcrafted furniture

Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
Customers must inspect all items upon delivery. Any damage, defect, or missing item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team and providing:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Detailed description of the concern

Claims submitted after this period may not qualify for refund, replacement, or repair.

Refund Process
Once the request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank
  • Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our side

Exchange & Repair
In certain cases, we may offer:

  • Product repair
  • Replacement of damaged parts
  • Exchange with the same item depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

Refused Deliveries
Orders refused upon delivery without a valid approved reason may be subject to:

  • Delivery charges
  • Return handling fees
  • Restocking fees where applicable
