Ready-to-Ship Items
Products that are in stock are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days.
Made-to-Order & Customized Pieces
Customized or made-to-order furniture may require additional production time ranging from 2–8 weeks, depending on the design, materials, and specifications selected. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.
Delivery Scheduling
Due to the nature and size of furniture products, deliveries are scheduled in advance with our logistics team. Customers will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm:
- Delivery date
- Estimated arrival window
- Site accessibility requirements
Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the order upon delivery.
Shipping Fees
Delivery charges are calculated based on:

- Order size and weight
- Installation requirements
- Floor access and elevator availability
Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout or confirmed by our sales team for customized orders.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect all items upon delivery. Any visible damage, missing items, or delivery concerns must be reported immediately at the time of receipt or within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not qualify for replacement or compensation.
