Our own team delivers, assembles and installs your piece and takes the packaging away. We call you to agree the delivery date before we come.

We refund you within 7 days of collecting it, to the payment method you used. Collection for a change-of-mind return is charged at cost, and we tell you the amount before we book it. Pieces made specially for you (a size, fabric or finish outside our standard range) can only be returned if faulty.
